Refund Policy

At Solemio Skincare, operated by Bambu Seller Corp, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review the following return and refund policy.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be returned within the 30-day return window

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product

Once reviewed, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund, depending on the situation.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or there was an error with the order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
